Trafficking - Ujjawala scheme for victims of trafficking

Ujjawala is a comprehensive scheme for prevention of trafficking, with five specific components:
i) Prevention, which consist of formation of community vigilance groups/ adolescences groups, awareness and sensitization of important functionaries like police, community leaders and preparation of awareness generation materials, holding workshop, etc.   
ii) Rescue, safe withdrawal of the victim from the place of exploitation.   
iii) Rehabilitation, which includes providing safe shelter for victims with basic amenities such as food, clothing, counselling medical care, legal-aid, vocational training and income generation activities, etc.   
iv) Re-integration, which includes restoring the victim into the family/community (if so she desires) and the accompanying costs.  
v) Repatriation, which includes repatriation of the victim to their country of origin.
